Tub-to-Shower Conversion in Lancaster, PA

We had a tub to shower conversion done by Calco. From the estimate appointment through the construction, it went smoothly and professionally. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with their service. I would especially like to thank Danielle, Valerie, Dakota and Mike for their professionalism, friendliness and workmanship.

Andrew and Josh S provided excellent service and attention to detail in the recent upgrade to our bathroom. Great communication throughout the install process, however, not with scheduling. Unfortunately after 11 mos we have some issues that have been reportedacknowledged but not repaired or replaced. Scheduling was delayed repeatedly for the install, which we tolerated because we wanted to work with Andrew. I specifically said not November and thats when the work was scheduked. The issues we are having include a cracked toilet, cracked storage shelf, popping screws in the wall and crooked shower cover, and now a leaking shower head. Our bathroom was an overhall in a very old house. Settling was expected. And here we are coming to November again. I was told orders are not made more than two weeks prior to scheduled work, and recently learned something was just ordered 10/21. I was pleased initially with the bathroom. Communication and scheduling is a problem. Lifetime warranty only works if the customer can get the work scheduled. Andrew's work is superior, the company process is not This is frustrating.

I highly recommend CALCO design & renovation ! The installation of all our new windows went perfect ! The team was extremely professional , they kept us informed throughout the entire process ! A major shout out to the dream team , Sam , Julian and Greg , thank you for the great experience !

Start to finish Five Star. Communication with Val and Sarah from the office was outstanding throughout the entire process. Our Master Bath project involved the removal, replacement and relocation of existing Shower and vanity as well as the installation of a beautiful linen closet, flooring and lighting. Ed and Josh completed the demo and installation in a very timely manner. Both were very neat and respectful to both us and our home during the whole process. At the end of each day Ed would have us review the work completed and the direction they were heading in moving forward. Any questions or concerns we had were answered right there. Absolute pleasure working with both of them. Final step in the Reno was the Paint. Brian did an outstanding job especially considering our high ceilings. We are very happy with our new Bath and HIGHLY recommend CALCO.

From the very first phone call to CalCo It was a pleasant experience. Ethan, Matt, Val, and Paul were all very informative, courteous, and helpful. . The customer service and communication were excellent. Dakota, Mike and Kobe did a great job with the install of my mom‘s tub to shower conversion. Demo and install was done in one day!

The Calco team was very responsive and very good at communicating with us throughout the entire process. Dakota and Mike did the shower installation and did a great job. They were respectful of our property both inside and outside the house. They made sure to check in with us and explained any changes that needed to be made during the installation . The entire process was greeat. Shower turned out beautiful. We are very happy with the job.

Jerod and Mike completed the renovation/expansion of our new master bathroom. My wife and I are extremely thrilled with the result. The installation team kept us informed of the progress of the project and put in extra effort to make sure the project was completed to the highest standard within the established time frame. We will definitely be requesting bids from Calco for future planned home renovations. 10-15-26 UPDATE Due to Calco's exceptional work in completing the renovations to our Master Bedroom Bathroom in 2025 we contracted with Calco once again to complete renovations on our Main Hall Bathroom. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our Main Hall Bathroom remodeling completed by Calco. The Calco Team; which consisted of Pierce, Valero, and Kobe; was very friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. We really appreciated their continual consultations with us to ensure the craftsmanship and attention to detail they were providing was exactly what we had requested and envisioned. We highly recommend Calco to anyone considering a bathroom remodeling.

The crew did a perfect job…Dakota, Mike and Kobe. They were competent, meticulous and courteous. Plus they left the area thoroughly cleaned. Kudos to Calco and their team.

Dakota, Mike and Kobe are exceptional! They kept me involved every step of the way and made it fun as well as exciting. They are perfectionists with their work and as clean and careful as my Grandma was. Project exceeded my expectations and standards. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently had our original shower replaced and remodeled by Calco, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Mike and Dakota did an excellent job removing our old shower, and Julian and Pierce did an amazing job completing the installation the following day. The finished shower looks fantastic, and we’re excited to show it off to our guests! All four were professional, accommodating, and respectful of our dogs and our schedule throughout the entire process. We really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend Calco and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Mike and Dakota did a great job, stuck with shower remodel to get it done in the 1 day promised. Explained all steps, checked with me about grab bar and shower head placement. Bothe friendly and informative.

Ed and Josh were kind and professional. They showed up on time and got the work done earlier than anticipated. Our tub to shower conversion is both functional for my elderly parents and aesthetically pleasing!

CalCo Design & Renovation did a phenomenal job at remodeling our shower. We were extremely impressed with Design Consultant Matt. Our installation crew, Mike C. And Dakota, were very hard-working, friendly, and professional. My first impression of the installation crew was how capable they were, and I immediately felt relieved. Val also made herself available for communication every step of the way. Thank you so much! We are so grateful for a job well done!

Great work with shower installation for elderly family member. Quick 1 day installation

Calco renovated my very old bathroom and it looks fabulous!! My crew was Pierce and Valera and they were the best. They worked tirelessly from the time they arrived in the morning until they left in the afternoon. They were always polite and friendly. They were respectful of my home and left everything neat and clean when they left. The quality of their work was unsurpassed in my opinion. All bathroom hardware and facilities were also of the highest quality. I would highly recommend this company for any renovation work you need done.

Update: We had CalCo out in 2024 to remodel our second floor bathroom and we had them out this spring to do our roof and then back again this summer to do the windows and doors. We are CalCo clients for life. The roof was a seamless process that instantly made a huge difference. The windows and doors brought everything together and have significantly decreased noise and the house felt much cooler all summer. Another shout out to Drew who oversaw all 3 projects and made sure everything ran smoothly. Sam the installer was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the windows and doors installation process. We have been putting off remodeling the second floor bathroom for a few years now. I could not be happier we chose Calco to do this project for us. Paul walked us through the whole process from start to finish making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Luis and Drew were professional and dedicated to making sure we loved the results. I was especially impressed with how quick they were able to get it done and how they cleaned up each day. I love my new bathroom and cant get over how beautiful my shower is now. Thank you Calco for remodeling my dream bathroom.

Calco did a great job from start to finish! Leo did a great job helping us design the new shower stall. Jarod came in to do the final measurements and give some additional suggestions for the design. Pierce and Valero were my installers. They did an incredible with the installation. They explained everything they were expecting to accomplish, from demolition to the finishing touches on the job. Pierce and Valero did a great job with the cleanup, too. They left nothing behind. This review wouldn't be complete without acknowledging Val. She kept everything on track and kept an open line of communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend Calco Design and Renovation for your bathroom remodel!

My husband and I are both really pleased we chose Calco for this investment. For context on our project, we needed the plumbing in our upstairs bathroom redone as it wasn’t up to code, and the set up was frankly quite sketchy (for example, when you turned the faucet on, the shower head and bath faucet moved along with it). We both figured since the tub and all needed to be taken out to address this, we might as well update them at the same time. I wish our budget would have allowed for floors and such to match the beautiful work done on the bath and sink/vanity, but we plan to do that in the future. Mickey and Josh were our team for this project and we cannot sing high enough praises. Very communicative, friendly, courteous, prompt, and it’s very clear how much pride both of these fellows take in their jobs. They were meticulous at each step, informed us of everything going on with the timeline, and when they encountered unique problems, Mickey was sure to explain the solutions they would use and why. I REALLY appreciated how thorough Mickey was with explaining everything he was doing. I felt very much that they were taking utmost care with our home, and weren’t just there to do a job. They left the area clean every single day, and laid out a line of drop cloths in every path of movement which helped to keep our home clean of debris as they came and went. Big thank yous to both Josh and Mickey!! Overall this was a great experience, and Calco for sure will be my first call for any future projects in my home.

Our family recently had a tub to shower conversation working with Calco. From beginning to end it was truly an exceptional experience. The conversion was explained from beginning to end , all our questions were answered. Our farm house is over 100 years old and we honestly didn’t know what we were going to encounter once the project started. We did run into a couple of snags but Mike and Dakota were always professional and worked through everything to give us exactly what we needed. The crew came in completed the job and cleaned up as though no one was there. I can’t say enough good things about them and the entire Calco staff. Their work and customer service is exemplary, I would highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with CalCo, from sales, scheduling, to installers, everyone was extremely professional and friendly. We were worried the windows would be greenish or too dark, but they are stunning and the difference in the look is gorgeous. We could not be happier! Thanks to Matt, Val, Drew, Adam, Greg, Jerod, Josh S., and Josh E. Very highly recommend this team to get you new windows!

One of the nicest and friendly workers came to my home to remodel our whole bathroom. It is the most beautiful room in the house!! Ed worked tiressly and alone everyday. He was on time everyday and cleaned up maticuously at the end of the day. I would refer him to anyone needing work done in their home. Calco Design has been wonderful and if you need your bathroom remodeled ask for Ed!!!

We had a wonderful experience with CalCo Design on our walk in shower. Carlo was most helpful setting up the design and explaining all the details along with the cost. Val was most helpful with communication of the whole process. Jerod’s attention to all details made us very comfortable with the whole process. Tim and Shane (installers) were expert in all areas. Explained all steps of the process to us. They were very neat and cleaned up so that when they were done, we didn’t know that anything was done. Thanks to all for making this a pleasant experience!

Dakota and Mike did an EXCELLENT Job. They were focused friendly , and explained everything to me, treated my home with great respect and were exemplary professionals the entire time. Their work was beautiful and they always made sure to get my input on decisins.

We got some windows and a door done at our new house and were very happy with the work done! They were helpful and punctual and even though we had a slight miscommunication they were more than willing to work with us to get it fixed and were overall just fantastic. Sam, Greg, and Drew were professional and nice and did an amazing job.

Your team was as professional as they come. Pierce and Valera were an incredible team who worked exceptionally well together. They were courteous, explained every detail, were neat, and prompt. We could not be happier with our new shower. Thanks again!

After thinking about doing this remodel for 5+ years… I’m so glad I trusted CalCo design to complete it. I’ve had my share of problems with Contractors in the past which made me very hesitant on any home projects. From start to finish… the team made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Special shoutout to Carlo for taking the time to listen to my needs and not just push a product. Mike, Shane and Dakota showed up respectful and ready to work! They did a great job. Val was available and saw me through the project from start to finish. Thank you all!

New storm doors 11new windows a total flip of the bathroom and every turned out great Brian Sam drew and the hole were here 😀

Drew & Sam did a fabulous job installing my new quality windows at an affordable price. I can finally see out now without the cloudiness which would not wash away. They met with some challenges i.e., rotting wood etc., but did not stop until the job was done exactly right. They left my house in perfect condition when completed. I am so pleased and highly recommend them. I will be having them back for new doors in the near future.

My brother and I had a tub to shower conversion and we are just ecstatic over the change because it's absolutely beautiful, Pierce and Valera, did an absolutely fabulous job and they deserve a nice bonus. They were very courteous, very cordial, and professional and everything they did, acted, and the job they performed. We are very happy with the job they did and I'm so glad that we came to you guys for our work that we had done on our bathroom. I thank you very much, they did a really really good job!!😁👌🇺🇸

Awesome work.Mickey and josh great work! They paid attention to detail. They were on time every day and stayed late to get the job done.

We are thrilled with our master bathroom remodel! The new shower is absolutely gorgeous, and the floors turned out beautifully. Caleb and Mike were wonderful to work with—kind, respectful of our home, efficient, and very neat throughout the entire project. We truly appreciated their attention to detail and how clean they kept everything. Val is a terrific asset to the company. Very friendly, organized and kept us updated on the project plans. Calco helped to make our project so easy, from initial evaluation/quote to the gorgeous end result. Thanks so much!

Very professional and walked me trough everything they were doing. my windows look great Sam and Drew were exceptional.

Ed and Josh renovated our bathrooms. Did a fantastic job, very respectful and courteous guys. Drew, Jared and Sam replaced windows also wonderful to work with. Loved everything!!

This was a challenging job (replacing tub and surround in my rental unit) for Dakota and Mike as my two unit in the city is 140 years old. Behind the walls of the tub was not pretty although they handled it as though it was not a problem at all. My carpentar was thoroughly impressed with the job they did which took two full days. We both agreed Dakota and Mike were highly professional, hard working and a pleasure to work with. I will be renovating my own bathroom next year and will be calling Calco again to do the job. Everyone I spoke with from the start to the end was great to work with. It looks beautiful! Thank you all.

Calco from start to finish was a Great company to work with. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable, we love our new bathtub/shower replacement. Dakota and Mike were able to do the full install in 1 day which was very helpful as well.

Thank you Dakota and Mike

10/10 Definitely Recommend!

Dakota and Mike did a great job on our tub and shower walls. Would recommend calco design.

We love our new shower! Every single person we dealt with was super nice and professional. Thank you all for you fantastic customer service (Neil, Caleb , Val, Dakota and Mike!)

If you are considering renovations and looking to identify a contractor, CalCo needs to be your choice! From the sales process through implementation, the process was smooth and the results superior. We engaged CalCo for a full bathroom remodel and window replacement. The sales person, Neill, visited our home and patiently and thoroughly answered our questions while also providing material samples to aid in understanding. He was very personable and shared suggestions to aid in what we were trying to achieve. Upon signing the agreement, CalCo engaged a team to initiate the process. Caleb and Jared visited our home to validate the intended design and measurements. Val was assigned as our point of contact. She did a stellar job in keeping us updated regarding the status of the project and acted as the conduit for any questions/issues. Upon receipt of the materials, the installation team was immediately assigned. A better team could not be desired! Drew, Wendell and Jared were amazing! They were very respectful of our home and sought our input on design/placement throughout the process. They worked tirelessly to provide us with the results that we were hoping to achieve! The clear and structured process, quality of workmanship, frequent communication and professional behaviors of the team cannot be surpassed. We are so very pleased with the results and would strongly recommend CalCo to anyone seeking a contractor.

I would like to say that calco was great to work with. Pierce , Valera and Jared . They kept in touch throughout the project and cleaned up every day as they move on . There work was great.

CalCo remodeled our 30 yo bathroom. Project included removing huge platform tub. They did an excellent job. They addressed all our wishes and made great suggestions. The bathroom is beautiful. Ed and Joshua were very professional and great to work with.

Lola Smith had her bathtub replaced with a walk in shower. Mike and Dakota did a great job.

Our experience with having CALCO replace our old, fiberglass tub with a new shower was nothing but positive. From Sales to Site Inspector to Installation Coordinator, everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful. We were especially impressed with the quality of the CALCO product when compared to others we looked into and we thought the overall price was reasonable. Communications prior to the installation kept us apprised of when we could expect the project to be completed. Our installers, Dakota and Mike, were professional and very competent, courteous and friendly, respectful of us and our property, and solicited our opinions for placement of accessories. We are very pleased with our new shower and highly recommend CALCO.

Fantastic service from the dreaded sales call all the way to getting the maintenance instructions. No nonsense, no forced videos or company origins, just plain answers and reasonable prices for outstanding work. Highly recommend them.

Ed and Josh did a wonderful job with a complete bathroom remodel, and the entire team from CalCo, including Val, Jared, Caleb, Neill, and others were great to work with! We can highly recommend! Thank you!

These doors are amazing. The crew came out this morning, Jerod, Wendall, & Drew. These guys are good @ what they do. A security door on the back & a whole new front door & security door. Im telling you had I not seen them myself you wouldn't have know they were here. No mess, no debris left behind. Jerod, Wendall & Drew were professional, courteous, & informative answered any questions that we had.And these guys not going to leave til I was satisfied. Every deal sometimes dont come with the workmanship. Calco Jerod,Wendall & Drew gave us their best & we would recommend Calco to any family or friends that are looking for a fair price with excellent workmanship behind it.

We talked to a few outfits before the Calco guy came around. We could see the quality and feel materials. Calco has a game plan from the call, knock on door, measuring and then presentation, schedule and installation. They had creative ideas for us to save money and lower the estimate. None of those were skipping steps or cheaper materials by the way. The installation looked like a camera on triple speed. They walked up 2 sets of stairs with everything and down to leave. They went from 65 yr old homemade tub installation to a walk in entrance into another world. When we cross the threshold we leave your world behind. The amazing shower head and wand are perfect for us. At 78 we got handrails and a teak fold down bench. I quickly realized I hadn’t been able to wash between my toes because of balance issues. A foot on the bench and a hand on the rail? Hello Mister Foot hadn’t seen you in a while, and your welcome toes. We’re putting in a washer dryer tower. Just think, a hot plate and a dorm refrigerator, 2 bags of sand and a sun lamp AND WE WILL VACATION FOR FREE. No canceled planes, no delayed trains or automobiles and Door Dash on speed dial. Thank you Calco. We’ll invite you to the BBQ opening but only room for one of you. BYORHaS Bring Your Own Rain Hat and Soap.

Dakota and Mike were great workers. They communicated clearly, very efficient and prepared and didn't let the weather stop their work. Everything looks beautiful. I’m happy with the job they did
