Custom Primary Bath Remodel

For our client and his family in Camp Hill, PA, this project was about more than function, it was about finally treating themselves to their dream bathroom. Our client built a custom pool building business from the ground up, and purchasing his dream home in the early 2000s marked a major milestone in that journey. Years later, this remodel marked another one: the chance to fully customize the home he worked so hard for. The couple came to CalCo with bold design selections already in mind and full confidence in the team to bring it all together, which made for one of the more rewarding collaborations on the books.

The scope of the project covered both a primary bathroom and a secondary bath, bundled together at the client’s request. As a seasoned business owner, he recognized the value in combining projects to maximize savings, a smart move that let the couple invest more into the design elements that mattered most to them. From start to finish, this was what the team calls a “turbulent free flight”: the path stayed direct, and the finished product lined up exactly with what the clients had envisioned from day one.

That said, working with bold, high end selections came with its own challenges. The shower base alone weighed over 600 pounds, requiring five team members to carefully maneuver it up the stairs and set it precisely in place, a true testament to the planning and physical effort that goes into executing a high end vision.

Despite the scale of the materials, the result was a seamless, elevated space that reflects both the clients’ confidence and the CalCo team’s ability to deliver on a big vision without missing a beat.
