UPDATE: Paul, the principal owner, was extremely responsive to my concerns and has taken huge steps to make sure I’m happy with the end result. I truly appreciate his efforts and am happy to give this company five stars.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The installers—Noah, Matt, & Pierce— were terrific. Skilled, courteous, and exceedingly clean. Five stars for them. The initial contacts with the company were the problem. The salesperson Brandon was over-the-top pushy and high-pressure. It wasn’t until a week after his sales pitch that another employee mentioned in passing that I could visit a showroom and see samples. The process could have gone more smoothly had I been shown actual products or samples at the outset.
