CalCo Design & Renovation SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions

Program Description

When you opt in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number from CalCo Design & Renovation. These messages may include responses to quotes, estimates, or service inquiries; real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing; appointment scheduling and confirmations; feedback requests; project updates; and follow-ups.

Program Frequency

You can expect to receive approximately 4–8 messages per month from us.

Opt Out

You may opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you text “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation SMS to verify you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply opt in again as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will resume sending messages.

Interruption

Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
